FAM issues call options to Chair of SKF’s Board
FAM AB has issued call options in SKF with a maturity of four years to Hans Stråberg, Chair of SKF’s Board. The call options are being issued on market terms and correspond to 130 684 shares at a strike price of 110% on the share price as of December 20, 2024. The call options will not dilute the holdings of other shareholders and do not entail any costs for SKF.
As an active and long-term owner of our holdings, FAM wants to create additional incentives for the chairs of their boards to act and make decisions that drive long-term value in the companies and for their shareholders. Against this background, we have issued the call options in SKF to Hans Stråberg.
