Real Assets
Real assets, for generations to come.
Our portfolio comprises real assets with long-term strategic value. Through active ownership, we develop businesses in forestry and real estate with the ambition of creating lasting value for generations to come.
Active ownership with lasting value.
We own companies with real assets and an industrial connection, where we can act as a strategic owner and partner. Our focus is on long-term value creation through clear ownership direction, structural growth and responsible stewardship.
As active owners, we engage through board participation, long-term relationships and close dialogue with boards, management teams and other key stakeholders. We combine a deep understanding of the businesses with our role as a strategic owner and provide the expertise, experience and network of Wallenberg Investments.
With a perspective that extends well beyond individual business cycles, we work to strengthen our companies’ competitiveness, develop long-term sustainable business models and ensure a balanced approach to financial and operational risks. Our ambition is to develop and manage real assets that create value for generations to come.
