FAM issues call options to Chair of Munters’ Board

FAM AB has issued call options in Munters with a maturity of five years to Magnus Nicolin, Chair of Munters’ Board. The call options are being issued on market terms and correspond to 267 522 shares at a strike price of 110% on the share price as of May 18, 2022. The call options will not dilute the holdings of other shareholders and do not entail any costs for Munters. Magnus Nicolin, who is a member of FAM’s Board of Directors, has not been involved in the Board's decision to make this offer and Munters has not participated in the issuance of the call options.

"As an active and long-term owner of our holdings, FAM wants to create additional incentives for the chairs of their boards to act and make decisions that drive long-term value in the companies and for their shareholders.  Against this background, we have issued the call options in Munters to Magnus Nicolin,” says Håkan Buskhe, CEO FAM.
