FAM completes acquisition of Sandvik Process Systems (SPS)
Today, FAM AB (FAM) finalized the acquisition of Sandvik Process Systems (SPS) from Sandvik AB.
“We are pleased to become the new owner of SPS. The company is a leading global supplier of industrial process solutions with strong market positions and the company fit wells among FAM’s holdings. We look forward to working with the board of directors, management and employees to develop SPS as an independent and focused company”, says Lars Wedenborn, CEO FAM.

FAM, with its stable, long-term philosophy of ownership, is the perfect owner to take SPS to the next level, which will enable us to further increase our efforts in innovation, growth and profitability", says Henrik Furhoff, CEO SPS.
After a transition period, the business will be conducted under the new name of IPCO.
