FAM acquires shares in Munters Group AB
FAM AB has entered into an agreement today to acquire 9,179,890 shares, corresponding to 5 percent of the share capital, in Munters Group AB. The acquisition is subject to the necessary approvals from competition authorities. After completion of the transaction, FAM AB will own a total of 26.1 percent of the shares in Munters Group AB.
