FAM Acquires Aktiebolaget Näckström
FAM AB has signed an agreement with Vectura Fastigheter AB, owned by Patricia Industries, a part of Investor AB, to acquire Aktiebolaget Näckström, whose main assets consist of the properties Arsenalsgatan 8 and Villa Täcka udden.
The total property value amounts to SEK 1.4 billion, and the transaction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Given the related party relationship that prevails between FAM and Investor AB, the valuation and other terms of the transaction have been evaluated by an independent third party. FAM AB has obtained a property valuation from Savills. No board member with a potential conflict of interest has participated in any decisions related to the transaction.
“We are pleased that Aktiebolaget Näckström is now getting a new home with us at FAM. For nearly 50 years Arsenalsgatan 8 has been a valued office for us and many other businesses closely connected to the Wallenberg ecosystem. The property stands out for its location and high standards, making it a valuable asset,” says Håkan Buskhe, CEO of FAM.
